What is the maximum number of persons expected on the premises at your event?  
Please state age range of any children participating in event
Will this be a public or private event?  
Will this be a commercial or non-commercial event?  
Do you require use of the projector facilities?  
Do you require use of the kitchen? If so, please give a brief description of the type of food you plan to prepare (e.g. light snacks/cooked meal etc.)
If alcohol is to be available at the event, will it be:
Sold / included in the ticket price / provided free / brought by individuals for personal consumption / no alcohol		  
If you intend to use and outside supplier for alcohol, e.g. a mobile bar/caterer, please give details of the licensee  

The use of the Barn is subject to the payment of a booking/breakage deposit (if applicable) and the hire fee, as well as acceptance of Hickling Barn Standard Conditions of Hire which, if not enclosed, are available here. Cheques must be made payable to Hickling Playing Field or Recreation Ground Charity. The Hirer must be aged 18 years or over. The Trustees of Hickling Barn reserve the right to add any special conditions of hire they may deem relevant and these (if any) will be notified to you in writing and agreed before the booking is confirmed. By signing this booking form the Hirer acknowledges that he/she has seen, read, understood and agrees to these terms and conditions.
