NOTES TO HIRERS

Unless you fall into the categories below the hire charge is as shown in the table above in £ per hour (or part thereof).

• Hire MUST include preparation and clearing up time so the minimum hire is normally 2 hours.

• The use of the kitchen to make beverages only (not provided) is included in the hire charge.

• An additional charge of £30 per hiring per day is made for the use of the kitchen for the preparation or service of food whether cooked on premises or brought in or for running a bar.

• Please add £30 per hiring per day for use of multi-media/projector and other facilities

• The rates shown are the full rates. There is a concessionary discount of £1 per hour for Hickling residents.

• Childrens’ parties held between 3.30pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and all day Sunday will be at half price to Hickling residents. Booking can only be made 4 weeks in advance.

• Further concessionary rates are available from the Bookings Secretary for new bookings, for start-up periods and for non-profit making local groups (usually charities) from within the Hickling area.

Functions And Corporate Hire

    Main hall capacity is 150 persons, 122-150 to dine, depending on layout and meal plan.

Corporate / Commercial / Public Sector

    £50 per half day hire.

Functions, Dinner, Dances, Parties (except children under 14 years who must pay hourly rate)

    £100 per evening on Friday and Saturday. £50 per half day or evening at all other times.

Weddings

    From £350 for the entire premises per day (includes the use of kitchen, crockery, glassware and cutlery but excludes multimedia equipment).
