North Norfolk District Council’s Mobile Gym comes to Hickling Barn every Monday
All the sessions are led by fully-trained fitness instructors Wyn and Karle. They will make sure you have a safe and effective time – whatever you choose to do.

Gym sessions are a great way to kick start your fitness and we can tailor programmes to suit your needs and abilities. There is no need to book - just turn up on the day.
We understand that some people may be nervous if they have never been to a gym before so we do our best to make you feel comfortable, and help you to enjoy yourselves while you achieve your goals. On your first visit you will be required to fill out a simple medical questionnaire for your safety when exercising. If you have special needs then we can accommodate you as well.
Nordic Walking is a low-impact, outdoors walking exercise which uses poles. It exercises many muscles in the body and can burn up to 90% more calories than normal walking. Nordic walking is led by Wyn or Robbie and they will explain how to walk with the poles. It is a great way to maintain fitness levels and is suitable for most people.
Zumba Fitness is for you if you fancy having a fun time while getting fit. The classes feature great music and great moves to really work the body all over, and we know you will leave this session feeling happy! Zumba is an ideal stress buster and you will soon learn all the moves. Wyn and Karle will take you through each dance so you will get the most out of the each class – you will even find yourselves singing along and having a thoroughly good time.
Prices: The Mobile gym service is low cost - so anyone can come along and exercise.
