Hickling Playing Field or Recreation Ground Charity (HPFRGC) treats your privacy rights seriously. This policy sets out how we will deal with personal information, that is, information that could identify, or is related to the identity of, an individual.

We need to keep your information so that we can provide our services to you. In most instances information about you will not be stored if you no longer have any contact with the charity or if you ask us to remove your details. The exceptions to this are where there may be legal or insurance issues that require information to be held for longer. Where this is the case you will be informed how long the information will need to be held for, and when it is deleted.

To ensure the information we hold is accurate and up to date, you must inform HPFRGC of any changes to your personal details. You can do this by contacting the charity secretary at any time.
Should you wish to view the information that HPFRGC holds on you, please contact the secretary. In certain circumstances we may not able to comply with such a request. This would include where the information may contain references to another individual; or for legal, investigative or security reasons. Otherwise, we will usually respond within 21 days of the request being made.
